Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end.
Morning Light
Wednesday can feel like the middle of the climb—far enough from Monday’s fresh start that the energy has faded, yet still a long way from the weekend. But God’s mercies do not run on our schedule. They are brand new this morning. Yesterday’s failures, fatigue, or frustrations do not carry over. His compassion meets you right here, right now, full and fresh. You can begin again today because His faithfulness is already waiting for you.
Walk It Out
Thank God specifically for one new mercy you see this morning.
When an old worry tries to return, quietly say, “Your mercies are new today.”
Quiet Place
Lord, thank You that Your mercies are new this morning. I receive Your fresh compassion and faithfulness for today. Help me walk in the freedom of a new beginning. Great is Your faithfulness. Amen.
