Strength for Today

Psalm 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Some mornings feel heavier than others. The to-do list is long, the questions are many, and your own strength feels thin. Yet God never asks you to face the day alone. He offers His strength in place of yours. Jesus walked every hard road before you, and the same power that raised Him from the dead is available to you right now. You don’t have to manufacture courage or energy. You only need to lean into the One who never grows weary. His strength is enough for whatever this day holds—quiet tasks, hard conversations, or unseen battles. Receive it. Walk in it. You are not alone.

1
Receive His Strength

Begin the day by quietly asking God for the strength you need, naming specific areas where you feel weak.

2
Live It Out Boldly

Take one step forward in faith today, relying on His power instead of your own.

Lord, thank You that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness. Fill me with Your power and help me walk through this day leaning on You. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Psalm 28:7; Philippians 4:13; 2 Corinthians 12:9; Isaiah 40:29-31; Deuteronomy 31:6; Ephesians 6:10
